ALL SALES ARE FINAL
At The Miyahmi Plug, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference
- Delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier
- Sale or promotional items
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
The Miyahmi Plug is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

By placing an order with The Miyahmi Plug, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund & No Return Policy. Similar boutique policies commonly state that all sales are final and that refunds are not provided except in limited circumstances involving damaged or incorrect merchandise.
